Album pic uploader not working after upgrade.

Since I have upgraded to version Spaceship 1.2, I only get the option to upload as shown in the attachment.

I've turned off any non essential plugins in case it was something to do with them but no change.

OK, and what is the problem? It is the same as in spaceship 1.0. We have only tweaked managing of thumbnails. If something isn't working as it suppose, try refreshing cache of your browser(for example: try ctrl + f5 while in admin panel).

Hella again Air, the problem is that I can't import pictures from my media library. It used to give me the option at the top to use the media library, url and upload but not it is only giving me the option in the attachment I sent in the last message.

No no no no no ;-) It never gave you such option in multi upload area.
If you want to change image of each item just cilck 'show' on the right of that item(it is on your screen shot) or use 'Add new image or video' button to add new :-)

Check this if confused
