Go to settings of top bar
http://apollo13.eu/docs/superior/#!/header_top_bar
and there you can set most of this.
Social icons you add in socials icons settings
http://apollo13.eu/docs/superior/#!/socials_menu
And "My cart " shows up only if you install woocommerce
http://apollo13.eu/docs/superior/#!/adding_woocommerce
