Changing background colour not working

Hi

I'm trying to change the menu background colour but nothing seems to work in adamant option--->layout

Is there something blocking the settings? I've tried Adamant options ---> layout

    This color is to be set in Adamant Options >> Layout >> Header >> Backgroud color
