There isn't any Theme Vulnerability that we know about. I suppose you suspect theme as you "installed it recently", however there is many possibilities what could happen on your site, and I don't have any details to make any conclusion. It could be easily any plugin, or WordPress(see critical update that rolled out on Friday https://wordpress.org/news/2016/05/wordpress-4-5-2/ ), or just server itself.
Themes usually have very little places where they can be hacked, as they are just "painting website", and all it functions are based on WordPress core. However there always possibilities that this happened.
