Search Function affected by WPML Multilingual CMS

Good morning,

I have identified a couple of problems with search function on the website and 2 of the plugins. This occurs with all plugins switched off and just these two plugins activated.

Relevanssi plugin - when activated, the search function brings back the expected results (e.g. 5 records when search for the word Mornant) but the counter result displays 0 Search results... When deactivated the counter shows the correct result.

WPML Multilingual CMS - when activated, the search function fails and reloads the homepage.

WPML gives the same result whether Relevanssi is active or not. The Relevanssi result is only identifiable when WPML is inactive.

Please make sure this works proper on default WordPress theme, cause maybe they are clashing independent of theme.
If it doesn't work on default theme, then this will be case for WPML guys.

Hi Air,

This problem is now resolved. Or at least, definitely not related to the theme.

WPML Multilingual CMS have a problem under some circumstances which they are working on a permanent fix for.

For anyone else who may have this issue, WPML suggested setting WPML --> Browser language redirect to "Disable browser language redirect". This resolved the issue temporarily.
