Change yellow with red in all theme website

Hi, your theme is very awesome!! I read documentation, but I don't understand how to change yellow menu and brick with another color. I tried in "Customizing ▸ Global Layout Main Settings" but some stuff are still yellow.
can you help me? sorry for my bad English

Go to menu settings http://apollo13.eu/docs/photon/#!/header_menu there you can set them.
Be sure to not have any cache plugins active while you make changes in layout.
