Page overwrite settings

Hello,

I try to overwrite page settings while editing a page. But it seems that the global settings are not overwritten.

For example i want to make:
-right sidebar only for this page;
-unique Subtitle only for this page;
- unique backgrond nly for this page.

What am I doing wrong?

On image background must be blue, not green.
