One Page Navigation Pointers

i try to creat a one page website
i fellow the documantation add one page in row with vc
but in menu with One Page Navigation Pointers i have no entry ti add

allredy did exactly like a pictures but a have thos error message when i save the page
There are rows in content with identical "Navigation anchor title" parameter, which has to be unique for each item. Please fix it by editing row parameters. Duplicated titles are: undefined
