Something wrong with the header

Hi,

There's something wrong with the menu/header top space ( http://xn--kberrdgivning-tfb4z.com/laan/ ), it's not correct on all pages except the one called "Forside" (this is the front page).

The accordian in the three columns from the right isn't closed by default, how do I do that?

Now there's one more thing wrong with the menu/header: there's a black bar on top of the menu.
Also, how do I remove the footer?
And how do I remove the weird icons in the tab of the page?

Try updating theme, cause we fixed issues with text logo in recent version.
