Not able to import demo

Please help me import demo OSAKA ! I tried everything and spend so much time!!
also to modify php and deactivate all plugins!
I need to work fast!

Could you elaborate what you tried and what issue do you have exactly ?
Have you tried http://apollo13.eu/docs/apollo13_framework_theme/#!/issues_importing_demo_data ?

Also be sure to increase your memory limit cause now you have only 40MB https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Try setting it to 128MB or more.
