Importing of Demo Data - Rhodes Demo

Hi, I am experiencing some serious trouble with trying to import the demo data using Apollo 13 Import for the Rhodes Demo offered through my WP site. I have bought the Fat Moon theme so that is all in order and we have increased my max upload size to the max the server allows. I am totally a newbie to this and would need very baby language in assisting me through this... The import seems to run through until "importing content" then I check the log and it remains on one specific content ID for a long time. I have read the forums but somehow I cannot find something which I am able to understand easily enough to help me through this.
Very excited to get up and cracking with my site but need this demo import please Thanks, N
