Static main menu

Whenever I click on work, blog or about in the main menu.... the logo and menu jump on and off and on again. I there a way to get a more static feel?

    Go to Customizing >> Header settings >> Type, variant, background
    and change 'Sticky version' option.
    Remember to rate our theme if you like it ;)
