submit button locked items

Hi Guys,
So I finally moved the website to it's intended url. http://vincentdevries.com/work/product-knowledge-binder/

I want to thank for all your help and wanted to say I am very happy with the template!

Just have one more question... How can I change the button on locked items, see attach.

I would like the submit button to not have rounded edges and be full black at the same height as the input field,
during hover the button colour could be #0a5de6 with white type.

Is this possible?
