Menu anchors

Hi guys,

When I press services from the main navigation menu. Nothing happens. It should anchor down to the correct section on the home page. How do I access settings to make a new anchor point or tell the Services button where to point to?

Site is not live.

Screen attached so you know what Services I'm talking about.
