Can't activate Livicons Evolution in Product activation plugin

Hi there, may i know why i can't activate the Livicons Evolution by using my purchase code? all i see now is network error, I have installed this theme on my test server, but when i move the site to my customer, the livicons have network error, please assist... tq

You don't have purchase code for livicons but for theme.
Anyway to fix your issue please deactivate livicons plugin and activate it again.
