Bundled Plugins

Hi

I need to update my plugins but I've tried the instructions on
http://apollo13.eu/docs/apollo13_framework_theme/#!/installation_update_bundled_plugins
And the notification does not come up for me anymore. I've deactived the theme and activated it again but still nothing. It keeps asking me to activate the plugins and the codes for them.

I also wanted to know if LivIcons Evolution plugin is included in your theme?

Maybe you see notifications that are embeded in plugins? We have no control over them, but please show me screen shot of what you see so we can be sure :-)
