WordPress Multisite Install - Missing Plugins

When adding the theme to WordPress multisite, it does not prompt for the necessary (or optional) plugins when activating for the network. What is the best way to accomplish the plugin install so the theme is support for all sites?

Try activating theme only for one site, and install plugins. I work with FatMoon on multisite all the time and it works that way.
