Menu won't change from vertical to horizontal

I'm trying to change the menu from vertical to horizontal, but when I save changes, it doesn't update on the site. Same problem for changing link colors and background colors.

Do you have any cache plugins installed in your WP? They can be the reason why you don't see changes.
What version number of theme do you have?

Hi, thanks for the quick reply! No cache plugins. Just the standard plugins that came with the theme. I see other changes reflected. It's just not letting me change the menu layout. The updates section states that I have the latest version, but that I can reinstall 4.7.3 if needed.

Could you please send me temporary access to your WordPress so I could check there what is going on? Send it here on forum via private message(click on my nick, in top-right corner you will find option "Message"). In message please add LINK to topic it applies to.

By sending access to WordPress I mean:
-create new ADMIN account with fake e-mail
-set some password to this account
-send me created login and password

These option got stuck. It sometimes happen in Redux plugin. I had to just switch from one option to another and again until Save button will highlight :-)
In this case I switched between Vertical, Horizontal, Vertical(Save highlighted), Horizontal.
