Slider Revolution header on mobile

Hello,
I have a Slider Revolution at the top of my homepage and the light theme header will show up over dark images but the dark header wont appear over the light image on mobile but it will appear on the Desktop site? Any ideas how I can get the Dark header to appear on the mobile?

Note: the Dark header does appear when the page is scrolled on mobile but not when the image initially appears.

Hello :-)

If you will add link to your site then I could check it out cause now it is guess work. Maybe there is some custom CSS that alters this in mobile view. I need link :-)
