New pages no longer showing

New pages are no longer showing within the upper page panel on the home page. but can be seen individually from within admin. please can you help

    I have now resolved this issue - i did not realise you need to add a custom menu item for each page for it to show on your home page. However - i am now trying to figure out how you add sub pages to parent pages and have them appear as a drop down...
