Video in work slider not playing in mobile devices

We have a video with other elements in our slider but in mobile and ipad we can't play the video.

I think it's a problem with slider events and play button event, but don't know how to solve it.

Generally I see sliders is not working well, and that you have old version of theme, so I would start with updating.

Second thing is that your self hosted video might be in wrong format for mobile, so maybe better would be to serve it with youtube or vimeo, but it is just guess.
