Pingdom tools test performance issue

Running pingdom tools on my site is flagging up an error, see attached file. I have no idea what this url is for. is it linked to the theme?

    Hello:-)

    This is special small file to test if browser support autoplay for video, and yes it is in theme, so don't worry about it.
