Work Details not working

Hi there,

Im wondering if you could help me?! Im getting very frustrated as all my settings that come with this theme are not allowing me to make changes. I try to update 'Work Details' and it doesn't change.
Ive also tried to change 'work media pictures' and it doesn't update to my new images I upload.

It seems to be all the settings that came with the theme- Ive tried wordpress support and they directed me to you .

Can this please be corrected ASAP. Its very frustrating and I cant move forward.

Hello there:-)

1. Do you have any cache plugin installed? If yes clear its cache/ deactivate it.
2. Can you change anything at all in that work? Some text for example.
3. Could you post link to work that you try to edit(on your site of course)?

1. No i don't have a cache plugin installed.
2. I can make changes to anything on visual composer but anything on the theme wont save. (eg. I wanted to change background on home page but had to use code instead of theme settings) https://themenof.com.au/

These 'Works' pages are very problematic. I can add text but cant change the images in album above and I cant edit the left hand side info eg. Client, agency, art director etc.

Nearly every page has problems saving something. Its getting very very annoying to move forward.

As you explain it know, I believe there is some conflict, probably with some plugin or other thing. I have seen such things in the past, so it is possible.

You can either test it alone by deactivating plugins as explained here https://support.apollo13.eu/discussion/12/before-you-ask-read-this-#debug_issue points 3-5
or I can take a look if you like

In such case please send me temporary access to your WordPress so I could check there what is going on. Send it here on forum via private message(click on my nick, in top-right corner you will find option "Message"). In message please add LINK to topic it applies to.

By sending access to WordPress I mean:
-create new ADMIN account with fake e-mail
-set some password to this account
-send me created login and password
