contacts page - 4 columns

I was wondering if its possible to have a contacts page that looks similar to the one attached, i.e. 4 columns offset from both left and right (not 100% page width)?

Yes. Just create a new ROW and switch columns from one to four: http://nimb.ws/w4XvLF
And of course you need to add images and text to each column
