I've installed a mailchimp newsletter plugin and would like to integrate the newsletter form on a page like a contact button. I've tried various things but not the right things ...
I only find out how to implement the form into the footer:

Such plugins usually have shortcodes, that you can use on your page in content.
For example this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/ in its faq at bottom has "How to display a form in posts or pages?" and it says "Use the [mc4wp_form] shortcode."
