MailChimp embedded form, JavaScript not working

Hey,

I was wondering if you could help.

I installed a MailChimp embedded form on my site: www.samuelbreeze.com

The form works however the JavaScript doesn't seem to be working. Basically when the form is filled in no success message shows up, the form just sends without any notification.

I believe it may be something wrong with JavaScript.

Any help would be appreciated.

Indeed there is JavaScript error on page load in mc-validate.js:
TypeError: url is undefined

I believe in this case you should contact plugin author to ask about it.

I'm not actually using a plug-in, I'm using HTML code which has java script in it using

I moved that part of the code to my header section but it doesn't seem to have worked either.

Any ideas would be appreciated

Hey again.

Sorry I am not familiar with code of mailchimp. They probably have some FAQ or help.
I don't even know from where you got this code:-) You really should ask author of this code what might be wrong. I am sure it is some simple thing.
