After Upgrading from Photon to PhotoProof only 25% of Customization options are avaiable

Which means i cannot set up my site until this error is fixed. I have logged out and cleared the cache of browser and theme sill it has not made a difference.

This is also scroller parallax, but with Effect on not active elements set to Grayscale.
