Change header image for phone

Hey,
This photo looks perfect on pc, but on all phones her head (the circle) is below that bar, i want to zoom im it out for phone, how do i do that?

In fact this the WPBakery parallax image so we don't have much control on it but i can be done in the other way

You can clone this ROW and add to this second ROW another image with this girl and change it to the image with only the face.

Let's start:
1) Open this column and disable only the visibility of this column on mobile: http://nimb.ws/PQWhmp and save.
2) Clone this ROW, change your parallax image to something else and go the Responsive tab and check everything except the smaller resolution: http://nimb.ws/4L6FsK and save

That's it. Now you can choose which image will appear on the high and low resolutions.
