Missing Custom Heading option to enable writing effect

Hi (again),

When editing any of the theme pages containing writing effects (eg: about me-Alex), I no long have the option which allows you to "enable writing effect" .... Which means you just the WPBakery Code but no action ... (see custom heading missing pic).

It is very much there in my other site (see custom heading as it should be pic).

I have deleted and reloaded the plug-in but it makes no difference.

Please help as I can't activate any of the writing effects ....

    Hi,

    All updated. Also deleted and then reinstalled. Still no joy. Still no enable writing effects option which means any page etc using writing effect just displays the code ...

    Next?

    Could you share link to site where it happens? I wonder what theme version number you have there.
    Cause it is probably not this one http://www.wordsinmotion.co.uk/ ?

    Nope - it's not that one. That works fine.
    It's my www.chrispopephotography.com site (hence writing from here not the other account). The version is Fatmoon 1.6.1. The site is still massively under construction but you can see the problem here http://www.chrispopephotography.com/about-me/

    That is strange it doesn't work for you Chris. I am out of ideas, so maybe I will take a look?

    Could you please send me temporary access to your WordPress so I could check there what is going on? Send it here on forum via private message(click on my nick, in top-right corner you will find option "Message"). In message please add LINK to topic it applies to.

    By sending access to WordPress I mean:
    -create new ADMIN account with fake e-mail
    -set some password to this account
    -send me created login and password

    Hi there:-)

    Thanks for login data. It was issue with plugin, that it didn't activate. Cause was as simple as plugin was looking for "fatmoon" as theme, but your site returned it was using "Fatmoon".
    I don't know why it did it like this, however I have fixed it on your site, and it will be also fixed for next update :-)
