Question about optimizing for a mobile devices - it seems I cannot find where to do that. Now it looks, khm, like this - two Menu buttons, the open menu items are all over the screen, etc.
If you want to use "cover" style for albums, then you have to use Photos, that will work with such option, meaning that cropping them by screen will not remove crucial part of photo.
In other case I would recommend Edit your album and in Album Media tab look for Fit images option and choose fit always.

Lets start here: Do you want to use "Overlay menu" or classic menu? You shouldn't use both.

What about those images? Is there a possibility to define a center point for them or something like that?
