Copyright status for Pictures in the RIFE DECODE theme

I just wanted to double check the copyright status of the pictures used in the RIFE DECODE theme. (link to the template: https://rifetheme.com/decode/)
I really like on the home page header the lady and the moving video in the header and I just wanted to double check if I could keep them for my website.
