Changing Logo and Favicon

Hello, I am having trouble adding my logo to my website. I have tried uploading it in every available option - logo, light overwrites, dark overwrites and sticky overwrites. Every time I click publish the logo disappears and when I go back to "customize" the logo is no longer uploaded. I am having the same issue with the header font size. I make it bigger, click publish and when i refresh the settings have gone back to original.
Help please! What am I doing wrong?

Also I can't find where to change my favicon.

Hello :-)

It seems like some error in server configuration, or some plugin is interfering.

Please try:
-Disable all Plugins, and test if issue still occur.
-If there is no issue without plugins, then activate one plugin after another until you will see issue again.

If this will not help, please post me screen shot of your server configuration from importer page http://rifetheme.com/apollo13-framework/docs/getting-started/checking-server-requirements/
