Album is coming up as error 404

Hello,
I have created several albums and they were working fine until today.
Now when I click on the album from my drop down menu it just shows me a blank page and says Error 404.
I checked my logs and all it says is:
Error 404 GET /album/cafebar/ HTTP/1.0
Help please!

Could it be because I haven't done the latest update? I can't find the link for it anywhere.
