Be sure you have active Apollo13 Extensions Plugin http://rifetheme.com/apollo13-framework/docs/installation-updating/installing-the-plugins/
Also if you have not done it recently, please update theme http://rifetheme.com/apollo13-framework/docs/installation-updating/updating-theme/
