Suggestion for theme option
It would be nice to have a setting for basic CDN setup. Just CDN url, http/https and url of site. I found one snippet, but dont work. Or I something do wrong. I dont wont install plugin just for that. I know for W3TotalCache and other, but I need just simple setup.

What you propose is plugin territory and this shouldn't be added to WordPress theme. So I don't think we will consider this, but thanks for the idea!
