It's possible change visual drag and drop page builder from WPBakery to Elementor without reinstall web site? What are the benefits of using Elementor?

    It is not possible - you will have to redo pages that you have set up with WP Bakery.

    It is better :-) In my personal opinion.
    Don't bother with this for your current site. For the new one, you can think about Elementor.
