Homepage SEO and format query

Hi

I've created a photography site using your Rifle theme which you can see here. https://www.lwarwick.co.uk/

I've used an album on the Homepage to get a full width carousel banner at the top of the page however this is causes two issues. Firstly, the content is being pulled from the album I've created rather than the page which I'm worries will cause SEO issues.

Secondly, I can't add any more content under the album. Ideally I'm looking for a layout similar to this site. https://www.cpdphotography.co.uk/

Can you advise what the best way of doing this would be?

Both issues are connected so I will address them together :-)

Yes, if you use the album as a front page, then there is no way content would be pulled from another page.

Also, slider albums currently don't allow for content, but it is on my todo list :-)

However, you can use normal page just as you like. Then you will be able to create content as you desired.

Also, you can insert slider on this page using our slider shortcode, as explained here https://rifetheme.com/help/docs/content-management/shortcodes/slider/

And after that, your page can look like this https://rifetheme.com/fully/ (slider + content)
or here https://rifetheme.com/cropps/
