How to have this setting on Rife Brownie Demo? Need Advise.

I am designing a new site using Gruby demo.
However, I would like to know how can I set the "work" grid on home page the same as in Brownie Demo.

Go to the "Customizer ▸ Works settings ▸ Works list" and set these options: http://nimb.ws/OPzeMC you can also scroll down a little bit and set the margin to something else than 0: http://nimb.ws/Sic4Yu

One more question though, how to I change the Font and Typo of the Title. Right now in Grudy Demo , it is all in Cap letters, both in Grid and also in the Single Work Page.
