Every time I try to upload the theme, I get this error:

The link you followed has expired.

Any idea how to fix this problem? Never encountered it before...

Hey :-)

I believe it is something connected to max upload file size limit on your server. WordPress sometimes return wrong errors for such things.

You can check your file size in Appearance-> FatMoon Import & Info -> Get help -> scroll to bottom. There you will see table with Max Upload Size value.

Please try manual installation via FTP https://rifetheme.com/apollo13-framework/docs/installation-updating/installing-theme/
