Problem with preloader
Hi,
Whenever our website opens the footer seems to be loading before everything else especially on the homepage.
Same problem also happens with About Us page where the design loads in a bad manner before the preloader animation coming in.
Being a photography related website this genuinely gives a very bad impression.
Currently we have tried alternating the settings from On DOM Ready to On Load but the problem still persists.
Kindly do assist with the same.

This is not theme default behavior so I assume it was altered by some plugin, probably connected to optimization. Could you let me know what plugins you have currently active?
