Internal error server After Version update

The case is that yesterday I.have found that one of my pages is showing internal error and the day before I did 2 actions. I installed wp super cache and update the Rife theme.

I already deactivate the plugin but still broken.

You should check what you see in PHP error log(your hosting company should help you locate this) and based on what is in it we will know what you find.

Maybe there is something on that specific page that breaks.

Good info, but unfortunately none of these messages explains why it breaks.

Could you please send me temporary access to your WordPress and FTP so I could check there what is going on? Send it here on the forum via private message(click on my nick, in top-right corner you will find option "Message"). In message please add LINK to topic it applies to.

By sending access to WordPress I mean:
-create a new ADMIN account with a fake e-mail
-set some password to this account
-send me created login and password
