Can the Navigational bar be moved to the left side of screen?

Instead of having the navigational bar at the top of the screen with the logo & menu, I'd like to know if we can move the navigational bar to be a vertical bar on the left side of the screen

Hello. If you like it have it this way you will have to get other theme. In Hypershot everything is optimized for full width content and menu is optimized in way it is now.
Summarizing: it is not possible.
