Is it possible to overlap 2 widgets? So the writing effect headline will be in front of the slider?
Yes, it is possible but a bit tricky because you need to control everything on negative margins. Elementor have only 3 responsive modes that mean you can't cover all resolutions
Take a look at this screenshot: http://nimb.ws/cmlnBD . Like you can see add a negative margin to the second Section. You must, of course, adjust the colors and check all modes how it looks on different resolution (and change the negative margins if necessary
