I'm happy with this new template but the written instructions have been hard to follow. Is there any kind of service where you can remote into a computer ti help the user work through issues? Any kind of phone support or a video library?
Once again bronco7777 : what is hard in documentation ? You started many threads here, and I am starting to get feeling that you are not happy with that kind of support you get. You have 3 movies here http://support.apollo13.eu/discussion/359/video-tutorials#Item_1 in documentation you have many screen shots of action taken.
If you could setup wordpress to work then this is just strange that after this hardest task, you have so much trouble with understanding easiest tasks.
We don't provide any phone support. If it is still not possible for you to follow documentation and answers on forum, try searching for someone in your local area who has more in common with computers or wordpress - it would be easier and faster for you.
