Your first link is hidden under maintenance mode, so I can not see it.

If it is our theme slider then you can get something similar by editing description of the media file that you have used there https://rifetheme.com/apollo13-framework/docs/content-management/albums-works-post-types/album-media/#editing-image-title-description
