Individual Blog Post Widths

Is there a way to increase the width of a blog post so the images inside of it can be larger. I'm not talking about the blog brick page. I'm talking about when you open a specific blog post. The space available for images is much smaller than what we are accustomed to.

If you need more space you can turn of widget area for each post you wish to have wider. Option Widget area http://apollo13.eu/docs/hypershot/#!/adding_new_posts_pages
