No Title Tag Portfolio Landing Page

The title tag is not showing up on the main portfolio page.
For all other pages it works like contact for example:

Contact | Skyfashion

Though on the portfolio page its not pulling the name Portfolio in:

Skyfashion | WordPress Theme

That shows like the homepage does. Can you let me know how to fix?

I'm using a coming soon plugin as I develop the site so can't give access. This is happening on the demo site as well. See:
