Footer Widget Area

Hello,

The footer widget area (div#footer div.widget-area) is not aligning properly with the rest of the content.
The horizontal lines are not lined up with the rest of the lines above, it's pushed more to the right how can I fix this?

On a side note, I've noticed the footer error only shows up on the home page.
On all other pages the footer widget area aligns correctly
