Change color of mobile hamburger menu

I am working on this website and I cannot change the color of the mobile hamburger menu. It's stuck to white.
How do I do that?

Go to Appearance → Customize → Header Settings → Tools icons → Tools icons : Color

There you will be able to change it :-)
