How to create one-page menu scroll

Apologies if this has already been asked, but I can't seem to find the answer.
I'm creating a simple one-page website and would like to recreate the one-page scroll from the menu, exactly what you use on the OneLander Dark Shield Demo: https://rifetheme.com/onelander/
For example, I have three sections on one page: about, brands, contact. How do I do this?
